Our Story
OCD Wisconsin is a non-profit organization and affiliate of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF). Founded in 2012, our goal is to support the mission of the IOCDF in all communities throughout the state of Wisconsin. This is done by connecting families with local resources and fostering a community for those affected by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and the professionals who treat them. We aim to strengthen the community through programs like Beyond Treatment Network and Ask the Experts in addition to holding events throughout the year to help raise awareness of OCD.
What We Do
Beyond Treatment Network
A safe, honest, virtual community where participants can listen, learn, and offer their experiences.
Ask the Experts
A live Q&A session with a licensed professional to help get your questions about OCD answered.
OCD Awareness Week
Each October we join IOCD and other affiliates with an OCD Awareness Walk. We also hold other events.
Barry Thomet Scholarship
Each year we award a scholarship to a high school student with OCD who demonstrates perseverance in achieving their goals.
