I am in private practice in Neenah, WI and offer individual psychotherapy to individual with OCD and Anxiety primarily both in person and telehealth. I am hoping to reach more people that are struggling with OCD symptoms and may not know where to turn.

I treat adults who struggle with OCD symptoms by providing psychoeducation regarding OCD and any co-occurring mental health issues and utilize ERP primarily often with ACT concurrently in most cases. In some, more unique cases, I integrate elements of IFS and iCBT.
